Check out the comments and the rage.

Gun Grabbers Enable Rape of the Handicapped

I, for one, refuse to be sacrificed for "public safety"--particularly for the illusion of public safety. [More]
A man in a wheelchair is raped in a public men's room.

St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner Kurt Hofmann shares his personal perspective on why he will not be defenseless.

I know some of you have inquired about Kurt's well-being due to his lack of posts recently. I can tell you this one took a real effort on his part, and we're not likely to see a return to a normal schedule for a while yet.

Please join me in doing what you can to spread this far and wide.

Other Reasons?

David gives the benefit of the doubt regarding their knowledge of the issue and has written several newspapers to inform them of the situation. But what if there’s some other reason? Let’s explore the options. [More]
Parrothead Jeff has three answers I think come close to the mark for answering my question.

In truth, I wold be astounded to see any major outlet pick up on this story. But I also think it's important to document that their refusal is willful.

And there are a few reasons why...

We're the Only Ones Bloody Pricks Enough

When police officer Darryll Dowell is on patrol in the southwestern Idaho city of Nampa, he'll pull up at a stoplight and usually start casing the vehicle. Nowadays, his eyes will also focus on the driver's arms, as he tries to search for a plump, bouncy vein.

“I was looking at people's arms and hands, thinking, ‘I could draw from that,'” Dowell said. [More]
I don't know how else we'd expect a parasite to behave, but is it really blood you want, Darrell?

I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see this "Only One" crap happening in Idaho. I do wonder how transient Nampa is, and what kind of migration they've had from California...

The Truth About Arms Trafficking in Mexico

Don’t believe the gun banning politicians in Washington. [More]
Don't worry, I don't.

Thing is, I don't buy into that "enforce existing gun laws" crap, either. This business about "violent offenders" is cover. They threaten us all, and Fairfax knows it.

I wonder if NRA would be so quick to put their name on that meme if we accurized the terms a bit and made the slogan say "enforce existing citizen disarmament edicts"...?

Some mayors are leaving after finding out they've been lied to about the group's goals. There are new mayors listed who never committed to filling their predecessor's slots. And then, of course, there are all those embarrassing criminals in their ranks.

Weren't we just talking about miserable traitors and domestic enemies...?

Can you imagine what kind of miserable traitor would want to impose this kind of defenselessness on his own countrymen?

Just look at any politician, journalist, activist or voter who supports "gun control."

And while some of these no doubt operate on half a brain, it's the ones in full possession of their faculties who qualify as domestic enemies.

That's what they are. How else could you describe someone who would rather see this happen to you and your loved ones than "allow" you to possess the means to prevent it?

"The possession or use of explosive, incendiary materials or weapons (guns) on University property by students, employees, or visitors is prohibited except for University Police and other certified law enforcement officers."

What else could give someone that size a chance against a murderous attacker? [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column observes that size matters--unless you have an equalizer. Which is forbidden.
