Unclear on the Concept

That question should be on the form. And a waiting period of a few days won't abridge anyone's Second Amendment rights, either.  [More]
I guess critical thinking isn't a priority for either Deena or Michael. And his question later in comments about why training is not required for gun ownership corroborates he's clueless about what rights are.

A few days won't infringe on your rights.... Unless, of course, some one decides to kill you while you're defenseless in the interim... OBVIOUSLY.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." - First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

I have a modest proposal. All news and opinion pieces, whether Internet, TV, radio, magazine or newspaper, shall be reviewed by government panel for a period of at least five days but more more than ten days before publishing, at a nominal cost borne entirely by the publishers.

Considering how much of the press views the Second Amendment, this should not be viewed as a "abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press".
