American officers, who share quarters with Afghan ones, report boys screaming in agony, which they were instructed to ignore. [More]Instructed by whom? How high does that go? Can the orders be traced to any of these guys?
Chalk it up to "cultural beliefs about child-rearing," indeed. There is not an order anyone who would stand silent on this would not obey.

You don't need to post this one... your left-column icon for "In Lieu of Solutions" doesn't have a hotlink in it, and the icon is too small to read.
Here is the solution....
Get the hell OUT of Afganistan, Iraq, Germany, Japan, South Korea and the other 140+ countries of our imperial occupations.
It is time to start putting Amerikan mercenaries in the same category as "the only ones" !
